You do not need to apply for your child to receive meals. However, we do ask families to complete Family Income Inquiry Form, the link is here. This helps schools receive money for their programs. IS 75 will also send a paper copy of this form home with your child. Take a few minutes and help IS75 get $$$ for our school.
